Need this piece for both sides of top of double hung window. Brand of window unknown. I bought new channel balances for third window earlier this year. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey, do you recognize this shoe? Am working with vinyl, single hung tilt window. If it helps you, i notice that the window does not have typical spiral balances. They are are a square tube that lets out a cord of some type. House was built in 2002.
