Hello:We have a double casement window operated by a couple of handsome brass cranks. Unfortunately the shoe that travels down the track on the left window has lost its shoe, without which the crank doesn't work. I don't have much hope in finding a replacement shoe. These screws have a spring with a piece shaped like an eye that attaches to the frame of the window which holds the screen to the window.

In addition to the markings on the channel as shown in the photo, the metal part of the channel is 1/2" x 27"; the sliding window itself is approx. 29" x 34" and has 'ATRIUM' stamped onto the locking levers. The cord broke...thank you!

Hi Alenco window 44"w x 29"h. Approx 20 yrs old. Channel bar is 26" in length, with spring at the top. p/n is k C2545. Spring jammed up and pulled out top rivet, and string broke. thanks for help, -Bill

I have 8 long glass retainer clips which look exactly like your 32-324 clips. The clips I need have a 5/16" offset.
