I am need of some assistance. Enclosed is an image of a caradco casement window lock. I would like to know if you carry this particular item on your website, and if so could you kindly point me to the right direction? Any help that can be given would greatly be appreciated.

I am looking for one of these it is the stationary latch.

This window balance comes from a 28# window sash. The window per the contractor was a 'Philips' and the home was built in 2004. The metal frame is 29" long and roughly 1/2" x 1/2". What part #'s do you think will match this balance.

The spring mechanism broke - the mortise cannot be separated from the collar except for grinding (which I did). I need to purchase a new mortise with the larger holes centered in the mortise flange so it can be seated properly into the slider. The model number is 2260 - US patents 5,125,703 and D6 ... (cont.)

Attached is the label on the tilt window and a picture of the broken latch. The latch is for the right side of the window as you look at it. The beige cover part is 2 5/8" long and 3/4" wide. I have a 40-033 handle with a 40-117 inside latch. If you push in the door button it will get stuck and not pop back out. Any ideas? Spindle too short? Thanks for your help.

I was able to remove the roller from the sliding screen door. See attachments for some pictures to view and let me know which ones to order. I will need four of them. Two on the top and two on the bottom. The ones in the door are all metal. I measured the metal piece

I tried to submit this earlier with six photos but received an error message. The markings on the rollers is 70-1 Pat. Pend. The screen door channel the roller fits in is 3/8" or 10mm.

Our window cranks are breaking right and left. Uncertain if these are still under warranty (please check)? If not, please advise of what part number we need to order. We need 10. Thank you, Janene
