I need a 27" Channel Sash Balance with parts that are the same as CR Laurence #FA2640 and FS291B kit. I've found your 15-004 boot that has the same dimensions but has wings and I don't know enough to know if the wings would cause an issue. I have an old window which does not have counter weights and no pocket in which to install them. The window is 36"w x 31 7/8"h and is 1 1/2" thick. It weighs 27 lb. I want to install something to counter balance the weight of the window. Would a spiral balance or channel balance be suitable? If ... (cont.)

My channel markings are 26 4 IW CMC 11 The shoe measures 1-1/16 which is in between 1" and 1-3/32 The vinyl window has been difficult to slide up/down

Good Afternoon. I am looking for a replacement window crank operator. My previous model was by Wright. Dimensions are as follows: Base is 4" wide and 3" long. Length of moving arm is 9". Holes for screws must go downward into the wood. This is a right window crank.

I have 28" SERIES 350 CHANNEL BALANCE that are 2730. They have broken over the last ten years . It is always the string. If I go to a 2740. Does the sting increase in strength ? or just the spring

Balance has a J27 5#23 5-86 stamped on it. Also 11600-17. No other numbers. Glass is 24.5"w x 16"h. Window is 30 years old.

The corners of my Eagle window screens are starting to break. They are about 12 years old. Before Eagle was Anderson, I could get corner brackets from them. Can you tell me where I can get these. Sorry it's broken!
