What part do I need for this? Can I get just a handle or replace the whole assembly?

I have worn axles on my rolling door wheels. Can you identify a replacement?

we need the replacement locking part for our sliding patio door. Measures 3 1/4in from the knob to the end, or 2 3/4in excluding the knob. The width is 1 1/4in. There are no markings and the door is almost 30 years old. Any help would be appreciated.. Loretta

Hi I'm looking for the attached glazing bead. It is for a pennco window. I cant seem to find one with the bump on the bottom flange that will lock it in place. Please let me know your suggestions. Thanks Justin Window Medics

I need to replace crank on window. Unable to close window

I'm totally confused as to which operator I need. I am enclosing a picture with the measurements written on it. Can you help me? I'm sure it's the 10.11 but it looks like them are different dimensions. I need both left and right sides. I appreciate your help. Harley

Just received S745-32. Is there an installation manual available?

I think the part I need to replace is 26-157 tilt latch. How do I get the window to tilt (get the broken latch to release) so I can tilt the window and replace the latch? Is there instructions on-line?

What type of window would require a balance like this, and where can i find these?

The framework between the glass panes is repeatedly stamped "SAI" and "88". The latches that release the pane are marked "Tilt Safe (Pat. Pending)" Is this a Season All window?

Hello window dude, I would like to replace this balance as well as the other side. I think I have the proper #s, but not absolutely sure. This is left (from outside looking in). Any help is appreciated. PS Great video help

Hello, both of the balance shoes are broken on a double hung, tilt out, vinyl window. I can't find a brand name on the window so I would like to find the balances and replace them. The hardware of the window works fine, installed in 2004, my issue is with the crank. Crank will not stay on.
