I have about 20-year old windows. They are 2-piece sliding windows (up/down). I am looking for the small plastic locking tabs that you can pull out to prevent the window from opening no more than a few inches. They are flush above the middle of the window, but can be pulled out and locked in plac ... (cont.)

The latch that goes into the pivot shove snapped on one side. I need assistance in identifying the part in order to locate a replacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cody

Any recommendations for changing the rollers when the screws cannot be unscrewed?

I can find no marking on these balances at all. Not on the coils, which seem to be worn nor the plastic housing. There is no labels on the windows to match builder to part. The balances are single coil. The length of the top piece is 1 5/8" and, together the two pieces are 2 7/8" long. It is an ... (cont.)

I have replacement windows in my home that were put in prior to my purchase. One of the single hung windows had the shoe piece of the balance crack and break on both sides.I have contacted local window repair shops to be told that the parts are no longer made. I'm not sure if you can tell from my picture. I need some replacement beating for a mobile home. This stuff is three quarters of an inch across the face and a quarter inch down the side.

I realize that this piece is mangled and twisted but I am looking for about 40 of these. Based on the latch lock, these are Capitol Windows and this part is at the top of the channel balance.

I am looking for replacement pivot bars that match the attached pictures. It looks like P/N 26-271 might work. Does it have a catch on top that would hold it in the frame? How far back is the catch. My picture is of the broken bar,so it did have an end with a lip.

Trying to find a replacement Atrium window lock. I have ordered and received, Part # 90-063W It is close but will not work as the latch is about an 1/8 of an inch to deep. Please see the side-by-side photos attached.

Hello, I want to install this lock on an existing Andersen sliding door that currently does not have this lock (see photo). I need a #6 Phillips flat head screw, 3/4" long, with a white head. Just like Swisco's 33-092, in white. I need them on a regular basis, 5,000 at a time. I see you only stock that screw in stone. Can you get it in white?

Can you please help me identify what molding i would need to replace old glazing. Measurements appear to be 11/16 inchs wide by 1/2 deep with a groove on top side. mike
