Hello! I am wondering if you have the attached plastic piece in stock. Our window does not stay up and we are looking for just the plastic piece that helps it stay up. Thank you very much!

We have these Truth casement locks. When we got the house there was nothing on the windows for them to lock to. Just two pilot holes. I've looked at the different keepers but can only guess which one matches to the lock.

They are for a window and we can not find the brand of window. The rollers are 1/2 wide 1 3/4 long Can you help?

I ordered Series 385 balances for a window that also needs sash guide replacements.The width is 5/8" for the most part with the top width being about 7/16". The length is about 1 3/4". Hello, I need 2 balancers and the caps. The balancer has 28C stamped on it. The caps, i have no idea what they are. It is a non-tilt window. One of the caps looks like it is item# 15-004 but the other end I am having trouble finding.
