Can you help me find the correct Channel Balances for my Pella Double hung windows? I attached 2 photos of both ends. It appears to be a 26C BSI TL stamp. They are 26" long. I bought the 795 series channel balances from your website the website tool led me to think these were the correct ones. ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace the spiral wound window white tube for my window. There isn't a color on the bottom of the tube, it is 17 7/8 in length, 3/8 in diameter. I also need two pivot bars 6247-26-366 to go with the same window.

I have app 25 Farley Windows & need a few replacement parts. I need about 10 of the 1" locks that go on the right & left side of the window that prevent the window from going up. hey I need to replace my patio door lock. It seems to similar to your 82-008 product. The question I had was how far the latch was from the lower hole so that it fits into the hole in the door frame. Attached is a picture of my current lock Thanks --Aditya

The window balance appears to be a block and tackle type. Only markings on the part are "26 3 AR Caldwell".

The first window measures 26 inches from end-to-end not including the plastic... That's to say the metal part only. Markins show 25 DS 37. The shorter one 24 inches and 1010 metal only not including plastic. The markings show 23 90 26. Thank you in advance for your help

Here is what I can read off the part. 11600-17 and B-1 4719 486 This is for a 20.75 X 14 window. This is just measuring the glass. the glass has 8670 printed on it. I'm trying to replace the screen door rollers. I've attached a picture of the roller I removed. The wheel is 1in OD and the top of the metal piece (straight portion) measures 1.5in. I do not see any markings on the door, screen or part.
