do you have balances for ansi/aama 101-85 series437/438 stamp on balance 2230 hight23ins can you help I need quite a few.

The grooves on the outside handle have smoothed out and will no longer hold the tightening screw. I was wondering if the 40-101 Handle pair Brass finish would fix the problem? The rest of the set is in great shape.

The 35-920 looks like it will work for me but on my Windows the screw holes are below the track Will that make a difference ?

I just bought a home and all of the balance springs, tilt rods, and tilt latches are garbage. All are broken so I am looking to revamp all 20+ windows in the home with new hardware. The screw holes are 8cm and the arm is 11 inches. There is no manufacturer only a patent number on the base which is 6,247270. Can you suggest a replacement part

Old roller has 1.5 inch nylon wheel. Metal part is 2 1/8 long and 1 1/2 high at highest part. 2 3/8 from end to center of wheel. Has metal taps that slides into bottom frame Used in old Alcoa sliding door - maybe 700/800 series but not sure
