The controller arm is 7-7/8" long to the bend. I read that this company is no longer in business. Do you have a substitute for this unit? We need to replace probably 4. Thanks for your help.

Need to know what part to order to replace this piece from a Super Seal Replacement window installed in 2005. I am very confused looking at the hundreds of different types. Thanks Kathy

I need 6 window balancers. I'm not sure what brand of vinyl window it is but it is builder grade for a 21 year old house. The metal tape is stamped 540. That is the only identifying number. Can you help me identify what parts I need?

I am told by the manufacturer that I need two balances to keep this window open.

The plastic track in my 1984 Crestline door is broken. Someone stepped on it recently and it broke where my hand is holding it in the picture. I have a jeld-wen window, which is a double hung sash window. the sash pivot bar is broken. the window is vinyl and wood (the screws go into wood, but the body of the window is vinyl).
