I need three locks for windows in a house built around 1998. I've just sold the house, and agreed to replace the broken locks for the buyer, not realizing that this would be an ordeal. My window is vinyl, single sash, tilt in, 36"x60". Balance length is 27", width about 9/16"" or 8/16". I would like to replace the entire balance. The number on the back is SL 26 5 5/10/05. Appreciate your help.

For double hung tilt vinyl window. Only marking is most likely a serial # si92899. 3/8" but I don't know where to start/stop on measuring the spring length. Top of the coil itself to the bottom of the coil is 27" but there's other parts attached too.

My balance springs broke on one side of my Traco window. See attached photo. It appears to have 3 sections of springs. The double hung tilt in window is large - overall dimension is 48

I need to replace a balance for a tilt-out window. I've looked hard for identifiers that indicate the manufacturer, but I've found none. The window was installed when the house was built in 2008. What is the easiest way to put the window back in using 15-046 pivot shoes.Since the pivot shoe isn't u shape I am having a terrible time getting the pins back in the shoes. Thanks for your help with this issue.
