I am trying to replace all the window locks on my single hung aluminum windows however each has a plastic fastener that sits under the lock and allows the screw to fasten the lock to the window (picture attached). the only names and markings are the large "R" or "L" and a Patent No: 5,671,958, which probably won't be helpful.

I have MI windows installed in my house. They have a small bar that holds the window in place and also lets it pivot for cleaning. I need 6 of them.

How do I get my trim piece to properly seat into the fitting on my Pella casement window? Your illustration above shows a screw hole. My plastic trim does not have a hole for a set screw, and the fork is not grabbing the catch inside the fitting. Ideas? Thanks, Jordan

The picture shows the size with a tape measure (1' 2") and it has an ink stanp that says 13 9 FQ Caldwell. Can this be purchased locally (Portland Oregon area).
