Is there a left hand and right hand version of this latch? In the picture it appears that the latch mechanism would be facing the wrong way. Is there an "opposite" version of this?

I am trying to replace a 25" window channel balance. The old one is stamped with d 24-3. Which of your channel balance stamp options would be compatible to replace mine? Mine looks similiar to the series 377 19-018 top 7 15-005 shoe. Thanks, Steve

I have 2 windows that the window cord is broken. They are 30 yr old windows, Andersen I believe. The photo shows one of the windows. I'm trying to figure out what part I need.

Hi, I am looking for a replacement balance for one marked C94 6#31 10 83.

It is marked "25 3 BT Caldwell". The metal length is 26" and it is 1/2" wide. The window is a "PGT model SH 4000" and is about 15 yrs old. Window opening size is 52" wide x 55" tall. I think I need a S395-26 and a 18-009 guide? I've tried to send with pictures, but I get error message. ... (cont.)

Older RSVP dbl hung window. Bottom sash only need 2ea. coil spring balances. Bottom sash measures 25" wide x 26.5" high x 1 5/8" thick. I need tilt latches. I have tried about 4 different ones from menards lowes and Home Depot and they don't fit. I tried your slim top tilt latch (26-390 and 26-391) on order 757027. However, The piece is too long by probably a quarter inch. Do you have another size?
