I have several aluminum framed screen and storm windows that have broken tilt keys. I attached photos of a storm that has a plastic key, but most have metal. I have no idea how to take them apart to show the key outside the frame. Can you identify a replacement based on the photos? Wished you ... (cont.)

I need to replace my shower door sweep. The door is 21.5" wide and 1/2" thick (see attached photo). Which part do you recommend for replacement? I was cleaning the outside of my windows when the metal piece shown in the picture broke. Now I can't open the window as it just closes right away. Not sure if you guys carry these pieces.

Hi, I believe these are the inside pieces and the door was put back on, so I can't get the housing out. I just have to try to do the best I can with it if you can help recommend a product. Piece is 2-1/4" length, 1-5/16 high, 7/16 width. Roller is approx 1-7/16 (assuming 1-1/2") Than ... (cont.)

we are missing many of these, and some that are still there are loose, looking for the actual part number for a complete lock, and possibly the installation documentation.

We have a vinyl replacement window (over 15 years old) where both the top and bottom sashes do not stay up in place (they drop down).
