Are there pictures of how to change these rollers and how to reinstall door so you don't break the roller?

These go in the four corners and have two holes but held in by one screw. On both top and bottom of window. Want equivalent or something that will work.

Is there a slightly different option to 26-310? My broken piece has holes 5/8" apart instead of 3/4" and the lengths are little off. I've attached photos. Is the 26-310 my best option?

Please help me ID the correct part. Channel is 9/16" wide x 5/8" Depth Metal is 26'5/8" long (28" including plastic parts. Stamped 26 5 and had BSI on it as well.

I just ordered: 35" Series 380 Channel Balances S380-35 option: 3450 However, my window is 38lbs, a 50" double pane. I 'assume' the option 3450 is the heaviest load available and it will work much better than my broken one. Can you confirm my assumption? Thanks, Joe
