The shoe has a metal post that comes out of it that goes into the window itself. It rotates to allow the window to tilt in. Need either a replacement shoe or the whole track. Thanks

These are from Alenco, early 80's, the bottom piece is missing on all six assemblys's.

Attached are photos of each end of one of the channel balances that need replacing, along with a photo of the markings on the channel. Channel length is 29". I need 2 pairs of channels.

I am trying to find a replacement for the patio door roller assembly shown in the photograph here. I believe it may be a Klein but can find no other no information. Do you have Andersen awning operator rod part number 1521104AWN in stock? Approximate 9" length. (9-3/4" overall length"), with screw holes 9-1/2" O.C.Also is it weather resistant?

I know you have a lot of pivot bars, but I can't find this one. the mounting screw is 1-5/8" from the head.

Pivot is stamped with the number: 25099

I can't seem to find an exact match for my (2) broken pivot pins. Attached is a picture of part of one but I'm not sure the exact length as the other part is still in the window. Do you have a match for this piece? Thanks, Tom
