I ordered/received (SWISCO.com order #712279)two 39-107 in white, the hole is too small, won't fit over the crank. Do you have the same one, just with a bigger opening? Thank you!

Attaching two pictures of handle and outside catch. Not sure of what latch and lock I need to repair. Part was lost. It was not a keyed lock - inside only lever lock. If cannot get repair part, then need a kit to repair door so we can lock it again. Please advise. Thanks!
