where can I buy the glazing bead or a replacement that fits

I need to replace these channel balances. They are 29" in length. The window size is 31 x 35. Is the correct replacement the 380 series 2840? Is the price listed for a pair of balances? Thanks

Hi, On the parts shown in the attached picture, the name on the part is Entry Gard (Truth) there are 5 digit numbers on each of the individual parts: The main hub with the gear assembly is #45179 the other numbers on the individual connected parts are: #40753, #20810

35 inches long measured on metal channel of balance. Shoe matches your 15-004 and top matches 19-005 top. Option 3450. Clips 16-002. I will try to send pictures of top & bottom.

I have 25-30 year old Window Master, single hung, single glazed windows. I think I want the 380 series balance. The stamp on the side is- 23 2 cu cmc2. I hope the pictures help.
