I have 2 types of bead here. I'm not sure what type they are one is for a window and one is for a sliding glass door.

Need several 3/8" spiral balances for AN OLDER (+/-1987) "BETTER BUILT" WINDOW. The tip on the others is red. I bought 3 replacement balances from another company. All 3 broke (spiral part inside the shaft) after installing them. It appears that the spiral part does not extend properly. ... (cont.)

Is there any way to identify a balance when the bottom shoe is damaged? This is on both sides of the window. 26

The piece the handle sticks out of is 4in. The piece attached to the window is 12in and the diagonal is 8in.

I do not currently have the information from the technican for the window manufacturer.

This is from a new condo building built this year. It looks like your handle 39 114L. It has 2102 R2 stamped inside and I believe it measures 11/32" spline. I need to replace these handles due to shade interference. Do you recommend your 39 205 or 39 107FK? My window color is silver...so I w ... (cont.)

I have this operator on a vinyl replacement window. I would like to use this unit on an Andersen wood awning window from the 1960's. It's 41" wide x 18" high. My Cole Sewell Storm Door Handle is broken. The outside latch comes off. Despite trying to tighten with allen wrench, it is to no avail. As such, it appears to need replacement. Which handle would I need and do you carry it?
