I am looking to replace this glazing spline. It is from old no name aluminum single pane windows. I see similar spline is a grey vinyl but i would prefer it in white. The original also appears to be a rubber instead of vinyl. Any help would be appreciated.

Just like 84-074N but without the center cylinder that houses the head of the screw. The cylinder appears to be made from aluminum. This is from a 2015 Airstream Interstate.
