Hello I have 3 handle sets I need replacement for. The only marking on them is inside says "r Japan". The holes are 6 1/2" center to center.

I have 2 windows, one left and one right and need replacement hardware. The screws (handles) have came out of both- they're currently brass but wouldn't mind changing colors. The lock is included so I can buy a matching set. Thank you.

I have a cascade window from 2012. numbers are rubbed off on the coil housing. Its a double hung 3/0 5/0. Ive been told by cascade that its most likley an aimsbury (now known as truth) 10D for 13-14 lbs but when i search that description all i get is single coils. Please help!

Hi, I want to replace the lower window sash balance assemblies on two windows (4 each)(2 left, 2 right). The originals are from 2006 and I have uploaded two photos (front and back). Could not find any info on any of the parts or windows. I need replacements for the sash release lock and the metal tabs that fit into slide block. I also need to some replacement slide blocks. These windows are vinyl and 20 years old.
