I see no marking or seen what manufactory the window frame is. Customer would like to replace them, they are a cream color 5/16x3/4.

The existing balances are marked with "28 3 FS Caldwell" so initially i thought i needed a 28" balance, but the metal part of the balance measures 29" long, NOT 28" like the stamp would suggest. im also unclear what guides are needed. the sash weighs 18 lbs
