For a 1986 Andersen wood window (maybe model 200 Narroline) what is the vinyl glazing strip that is used, and do you have these? And do you offer a video on the removal and replacement? Hail damage on several of these windows, mostly on the lower horizontal sections.

How can I repair these windows? They all fall when lifted. On the right side of the jamb there is an aluminum extrusion with a spring in it. The top latch has printed " Marvin Windows"Thanks in advance.Jeff
