About a month ago I ordered and received S380-31 (31" Series 380 Channel Balance). It was installed and works. I find today that the top plastic sash guide is broken. What is the replacement part and no. ? Thank you.

In trying to insert the window pivot bar into the Pivot shoe I place the sash into the shoe slot as shown in the video. However, the bar is only aligned with the shoe slot when the window is straight up. This position will not allow the window to be tilted sideways to insert on bar then the other. ... (cont.)

Sorry for the quality of the pictures (I am not a photographer!). The roller is .50" diameter and is .25" wide. I don't know the "axle" diameter as it is staked and have to destroy it to dis-assemble. I notice you have rollers with axles that are threaded. If something like that is available ... (cont.)

We need to replace some window balances. We can't find any name on the windows so that's no help. The metal measures 29", 9/16 wide with about a 5/8 inset into the channel. I am looking to purchase multiple spiral balance shoes from you but have been unable to find the proper clips in your web site. The shoes have a number on them of 200-794. from the pictures provided the clips are 1-7/8 " tall, by 1" wide and have a thickness of 3/8". I am looking for 14 of them so ... (cont.)

Hi, I have replaced a few take-out clips but find it very difficult to remove the old ones. The new ones pop right in easily. Can you give me any tips or is there a special tool that helps remove the old take-out clips? Thank you
