We have a sliding glass door handle that has a broken lock. I would like to know what the part is in order to replace it. My house was built in 1998-1999 in Bradenton, FL. I think that the windows were Weathertite (?) windows. The window glazing is getting brittle, and I have broken a few pieces here and there. There are no markings on it. Please help me identify. Thank you, Sean

I am rescreening a door and it was thought to be your forever spline replacement. But product does not fit. No way. No how. The forever spline is slightly bigger. Is there another shoe I can use for this type of window. I use these on a rental I have but the plastic shoe breaks often and needs to be replaced all the time to keep the windows working. How about a metal type that does not break?

Looking for some type of retainer to hold window/screen into frame. This is the clip I am using now, but it is a little short and does not grab a lot of the window or screen frame.

Do you have a window clip as in the attached pictures? Pictures 1-3 depict the clip. Picture 4 shows the clip installed in the top of the window.

I need to find a replacement basement window lock like the one in the pictures. The holes are 1.5 inches apart and the handle is about 3 inches long. Not sure if its a hopper or cam? Can you point me in the right direction?? Thanks!

Hi, I need to replace the channel balances for a Alenco window. The existing balance has B.S.I 2140 stamped on it with the letter "BH" also stamped near the BSI marking. Just moved into the house and there is no identification to a brand on the door or handle, but there are two pins that it locks on. The thumb latch is what broke.
