On the Underside of the outdoor pull latch is stamped Ideal DX-1 and D-423-320. Inside the latch is a coil spring that is broken. Is that the only spring that is to be in the latch? The latch is well made and I would like to repair If possible.

I purchased this glazing several years ago to fit my Alco windows. It is different than the original, but works fine and I need more. It is 9/16" H x 7/16" W. I have been very pleased with repair parts purchased from you previously.

there's a plastic housing that the locking part goes into that is secured by screws on the inside of the house. I need that plastic piece specifically... I replaced the handle and the lock inside a couple years back.

We need to replace several 30" Series 385 channel balances on Kinco Windows. There is no stamp on the balance.
