I need a replacement crank for my Anderson casement window crank. The square plastic piece that goes on end of crank broke off and window comes off track.

I have 5 windows to repair using S385-29. the channels are all marked 28D, corresponding to your 2840. However the weights of the windows are 3 at 25lbs,1 at 19 & 1 at 17. Should I still go with 2840 for all?

To whom it may concern I am looking to identify replacement balance units for my windows. The actual window is a double hung 36" Andersen window. Hi!! Do you carry this part? Pan Am window operator inside of the mechanism is stamped: 4RH 18-0821 I am looking for 9 each of the entire mechanism to include new screws. The color is the aluminum color. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello: I'm considering your 90-005 window latches to replace my ever-breaking Pennco window latches. However, I see these don't have a warranty, either. Can you speak to the quality of your latches and you've heard of them breaking under normal wear-and-tear?

I was told there was a couple of speciality tools for changing out pivots and spiral things for my patriot windows. Can you enlighten me as to what tools they are? looking for screen corner with flange..... top measures 7/16 ....sides look 11/16 ? it looks to have a slot for screen spline and unknown angle in photo 3 ... Comes off end of a balance spring assembly. This one snapped as you can see. I'd like to order 1/2 a dozen or so since my whole house had these windows and I can use spares. Thanks. Joe
