Need replacement pivot lock shoes. These connect to an inverted block and tackle balance. Balance has the following markings "BSI" and "26B".

I was told the doors were Andersen, I could not find any writing on them however.

Can you please help to identify the parts I should purchase? Thanks!

Those are 2-ft long, the number on them is 2230, the width is 1/2" on top and 5/8 on the open side.

I purchased 25 Bonneville windows in 2000. More than 10 of the windows have issues with the Chanel balance. The windows are of various sizes. On many the nylon string is cut or frayed. Can these pieces be purchased and are they easy to change.

We need the spring balance as well as the part used to uninstall and install them.
