Need pricing, lead time/availability on replacing the subject part. The sash cords on 2 of our Anderson double hung windows are broken. Need asap as we are selling our home.

I just ordered some sliding door rollers pt# 81-090. however looking at the picture I could not tell the size (width) I ordered anyway hoping they would fit but they didn't. I require a width of 3/4 inch. do you have anything like that?

Hi, I think I need a two 8 lb Series 152 Coil Balances. My window is 27" x 35" single strength insulated glass. (27 x 35)/144*2.25=14.76/2=7.4 I attached pictures of current balance and window. Can you confirm which Series Coil Balance is right for this window? Thanks, Ken

Hi, I replaced three Swisco plastic rollers part # 81-265. After re-installing the patio glass door, one side is slightly higher than the other and it's difficult to lock the door now. There are no adjustment screws. What can I do to make the door balanced? Thanks, Tom
