Could you please help me find a replacement?

parts have no markings other than pella forged on the thumb/ finger latch handle. Handle is aluminum cast with push button to unlock for turning latch,the base is all steel.The handle color is bronze with 2 screw holes, and a coil spring inside spring wraps around shaft. I recently purchased two 15-175 coil balance shoes and two S152-5 5 lb series coils. I lost one of the coil holders but I have one more from the other side which I took a photo of.

Spring and latch are out, in pics 7/16" depth 9/16" width on inserted area 11/16 width on top portion 2 5/8" length of inserted area 211/16" length of top portion

I need to replace some window balances. The ones currently installed are Caldwell. Looking at the pictures of the ones in the catalog, the 380 or 385 appear to be the correct ones. I can't tell the difference between the two - the heads and toes both look the same, but I'm sure there is some diff ... (cont.)

I have a broken spring. The 140 series is very close but it appears that it would be too wide to get in. My slide slot is Wide enough but the returns only have 3/4" between them. Also how do you tell what weight to order.

I have a semco casement window with a broken crank. Upon further examination I noticed that the hardware said Truth Entry Guard 30744 on one of the pieces. This window is the left window when looking from the outside. It seems to me that the replacement part may be EntryGard Dual Arm Operator 39-031 ... (cont.)
