Hi, it appears that I have something close to the 30" Series 380 Channel Balance with option 2930. The house is around 10 years old. The markings on the channel balance are "29-3 CA2 CMC 4". The doorsweep vinyl is worn and i would like to replace. The vinyl sweep slides into and aluminum track, see pictures. I have looked at both Lowe's and Home Depot and they do not have this type. I see no part numbers or manufactures. Can anyone help me with a replacement sweep?

Door is original aluminum patio door in house built in 1969 Wheel measures: 3/8" Wide x 1-5/8" Diameter Nylon Roller, Stamped General Bearing, Mineola, NY

General bearing is the only name anywhere on this assembly and that name is on the wheel itself inside the assembly. There is no name anywhere on the door or the frame. Its a sliding glass door.
