The roller is aluminum extrusion type. It is 2 1/16" long, 13/16" wide, and 1 7/16" tall. The only number on the assembly is on the wheel mount, and it is: 042 I would like to purchase 4 of the if possible. Thanks! Darek

Hello, I need to replace 3 broken window sash locks. Please see attached. Thank you.

Hi - On my windows, I believe that some of the spiral balances were replaced previously. The upper balance is 27" and the lower one is 29". The windows themselves are each 30". Is this normal/common?

About 4"center to center. K and k. Patented 1973 Screws about 2 5/16" long. Handle length 9".

My NuPrime windows are hard to open. While trying to get the spiral metal piece out of one side of one window, I broke the plastic piece at the bottom that the retention screw fastens to. Can this be replaced? Are there instructions for replacing the part and for adjusting the springs? ... (cont.)

The dimensions on mine match your #39-028 and the one I need that is broken is a match for your #39-028. main photo with the crank spline on the left of the housing. I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.

My tilt latches have broken over the last7 years...No luck finding any until now possibly with this place.. I need to find 5 right sided ones and 2 left sided ones.

I need to replace the right and left Truth operators, which are 10-inch straight-arm. The operator is stamped 45261 and marked "XX202003 1029" where "XX" are two smudged digits I can't make out. The balance model # S385-30 is the correct model but I ordered the 2910 option and there is not enough support to keep the window up. I am sending pics of the old balance. The back of the old balance is marked " 29 5 CW CMC 10 " I thought that might be the 2910 option but that is not strong ... (cont.)

Hi - after removing the spiral balances, one pair of the shoes slides very freely in the channel, the other is very difficult to move. Is this normal? Should I replace the shoes as well when I am replacing the weights (there are no slots, so I'd need to use a spreader to remove the old shoes). ... (cont.)

I just emailed a pic of one of the clips - unfortunately when I tried simply pinching one it broke right off. It's got to he dry rotted/decay. I don't see a break in the spacing to slide them either up or down to maneuver. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you !
