I didn't find similarities comparing my window balances top & shoe attachments with the pictures on your website. However, the closest (I think) similarity would be Series 380 or 385. The stamp on the balances is "27 3". Pls help determine the replacement parts. I'm looking to replace 3 window ... (cont.)

The string on a channel balance broke and I am trying to replace. The channel is 23" long, 1/2" wide and has the following marking:20-5 KF5 CMC 54.

The model number on the channel Balance is 2120. Based on the measurements I took, in order to replace the entire mechanism I would need part "22" Series 351 Channel Balance". But before ordering 8 of these I would like your concurrence based on the pictures I took. Thanks.

I ordered and received Mortise lock, square face, 3-11/16" part no. 82-223. I had to lightly file the face that fits through the hole in the edge of the patio door to make it fit properly. Stamp 2520 26" balance Top shoe appears to be 19-005 Bottom shoe looks like 15-003, but dimensions are 1 1/16" not the 1 3/16" depicted in your diagrams.
