I am looking for some help/guidance as to the proper part. On the 24" one at my home I see the # 23A marked in the product. When I go to this product (24" Series 810 Channel Balance Product Code: S810-24) it appears almost correct except it appears that the plastic shoe pieces are not right. ... (cont.)

Hello, I have a window that has a busted Unique 27-D-40 balance. In looking through your products, the 770 Series 27" D appears to be an exact match (see pictures of my balance). the lower glass is 28.25 wide by 23.75 high (could be 23 7/8 high) which Anderson sash balance would I need.

My grille fasteners are all slowly cracking and I can't find them in any local stores. This is a picture of the style we have - they are 1" wide and 1/2" wide. Do you have anything comparable? The are used in the sidelights beside the front door.

The window measures 51.25 x 39.5 The old balance is 26 inches long and 3/8 diameter It is spiral for a non-tilt window The bracket I have doesn't look like anything I find on the internet. I'm attaching pictures. Please help.

Multi Point Lock Handle, Black , what is the replacement part number?

From what I can tell, this lock is discontinued. The replacement that you've suggested to others has a screw holes distance of 1.312". Is there a better match for this part. I would think that filling the existing holes and drilling in the new locations wouldn't be structurally sound. Can you pl ... (cont.)
