I believe this is a pan am 1820z channel balance. 18.5 inch. I also need the piece that fits on top of the window.

Looking for a replacement operators both left and right hand positions for 2 late 90's Certainteed casement windows. I think you have what I need but could use some advice on picking the right ones. Please list the parts I would need to replace both entire assemblies. Thanks.

I can not find balance for my windows. Visions 3500 series. 9 lb Spring from windows but I don't see any attachments no Spring at all I m so confused. 1 window I can see them but 2 one not open properly but I don't see Springs at all

I would like to replace both sides of my entire window hardware. Window will not stay open. I uploaded pictures of what I currently have and want to replace. My Farley tilt window left side part was broken off when I had a guy help me close the window for winter. Watched the video on how to replace but how do I get the broken one out as not sure I can tilt the window now. Once off I can then send a picture as well as measure so I can order correct part ... One of my windows is missing the piece that seals the bottom of the sash. Pix show one window with the part and the other missing the piece. I don't know the brand, the tag on window looks like DH700 TWI. Any suggestions on where to find a replacement part?Thanks, Bret

Base has RD1963CAN inside housing. Strong winds captured the window and broke the anchoring foot on one end completely off.
