Looking to replace this part

I have a balance (that is screwed in at the top) and a shoe for the balance that I need help identifying. I would like to purchase 2 of each and of any other item that is needed. It is a non-tilt window.

storm blew door out and I had to reinstall before next storm. I dont know the difference between 81-018, 81-149, 81-182, etc.

I have a couple questions. First, can you refer me to a how to video on installing the boot that holds the spring. Need to replace the spring balances in one window. Metal channel of the balance is 24". Stamping says 2330K (the K is stamped backwards)

The picture is of the clip that is not broken, the other side is. Do you carry that in stock?

I have a broken plain channel balance where the end fitting has come off. I don't see a simialr match on your site. The closest seems to be your S770 (22") but that is shown with the 15-043 terminal clip. My wondows have a small cast fitting that goes into the pivot lock shoe. The fitting looks simi ... (cont.)
