I'm trying to find a replacement latch for one of my Alenco windows. My house was built about 15 years ago. The latch I need is attached by one screw. I live in a condo that the sliding glass doors were put in inside out, so I have no way to put a rod down to keep from opening the doors from the outside. What kind of a second lock should I use to make me feel more secure?

I have tilting windows. The sash support is 29 inches long and has a number stamped r C 2840 on the back. I assume I need a 770. When I tried to order I was told that I need to select Option 29A, 29B, etc. I could not find an explanation of the different options. What option do I need? ... (cont.)

Hello, I just received a 39-226 OKNA Folding Handle to replace my broken crank on a "Superseal Series 1600" Awning style window. i have a ideal storm latch.the inside broke on the handle the number on the outside handle is ideal,dx-3 and D-423.320 it is 1" wide.1-1/2"hole to hole.and 1.and 5/8"high.Do yo have the inside handle & gut's. roger

Hello, I have Anderson windows with 1361316 operators. Will these cranks (39-301) work? If not, what would you recommened as the smallest crank possible? We installed 2 inch blinds and the current cranks get caught up in blinds. Thanks, Tony
