Pivot 15-167 & 21-C-30 counter balance
I can not remove my damaged existing pivots for exact examination until replacements have arrived. This seems closest. Does this pivot "lock" itself in place, so it won't slice up or down, when the window is rotated open and the slot (where the window's pin can be put in) is in the up position? ... (cont.)

plastic window glazing strips
I am unsure you have received the photos I tried to attach. The glazing I seek is u shaped or hat shaped. It is 1/2" square three sides and the bottom has returns on both legs. The returns both go the same direction. It creates a pair of L shapes with a connecting side at the top. The strip is w ... (cont.)

Series 377 channel balace 18.5" length
Looks like I need a series 377 channel balance. But the length of the metal balance is 18.5", which I don't see you listing. Can you make me balances with the 18.5" length? I believe this is a Panam window, 30 years old. The balancer has 1810 stamped on it.

Tilt Window Latch
I am looking at your Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand, Product Code 26-244. I have the identical latch, except that it is only 2-3/8" in overall length. Would you have Product Code 26-244 in a 2-3/8" long format? If so, what would the product code be, and price? Thanks, David

GAPCO windows
Almost all of the vinyl glazing bead in my ancient (>20yr old) windows is cracking. It's almost impossible to get any out without breaking the face edge, and then there isn't enough left to pull the rest of it out. I have two questions. 1. How can I remove this old bead? Heat gun and patience? ... (cont.)
