I need to find a replacement door lock to a 20+ year old atrium style door. The door has no maker marks on any of the hardware so I’m assuming it’s a generic company. The crank style operator on one of our windows appears to be stripped. I can turn it but the window does not open or close - seems the internal threads are not engaging properly.
