Need replacement parts for the spring part inside the frame

Please help me with these replacement parts

I need the whole tilt mechanism, the long metal spiral piece and the top piece of this assmbly that attaches to the top of the frame of the window.

I need this whole assembly that screws to the side of the window, it has the tilt mechanism at the bottom, the long metal spiral piece that balances the window in place when you open it, and the top piece that connected to the long metal spiral piece and secures this whole assembly to the frame of t ... Window Repair

Our client would like their basement window repaired. Please see the attache photos, the broken piece has "45054" printed on the underside.

Constant Force balance

This part has two coils in it. I don't know the spring strenth but it works with a Brixwell 96aa-66-3, 1/2" pivot lock shoe Dusk break pad extension 055. I would need one for the left and one for the right.

Replacement handles and mechanism

This is a Cole Sewell storm door in good overall working order. Registration number 04219896012 35. The handle mechanism is worn over time and loose. It needs to be replaced. Are there any replacement handle mechanisms that will work for this door?

Hi My balance seems to have diffirent window attachment mechanism than the one shown here. it uses a clip instead of a screw in at the top. Do you have something like this?
