looking for a crank cover for Pella archetect series

seasonshield is the manufacturer the top grip is missing that hold the balance rods

Can you please help me identifying the patio door handle brand & model so that I can order a replacement ?

Original from house installed in 2004. Part number says 25" long. If I use the measurement guide, it shows that the bottom flared part is 1" instead of 1-3/32". Please help

There is a screw on top and the side.

Trying to get the handle so I can replace the broken one

Looking to determine what parts I might need to replace broken pivot shoe and triple window balance in some of our windows. Unable to remove the coil assembly without breaking the cover because they are too brittle.

hello, the glass here was replaced inthetwo bottom sections and no wthe window will not close all the way. we were told the crnaks need to be rpelaced. i have attached photos of them.

Hi! I'm trying to replace the balances on the of my guillotine windows and cannot seem to find the correct shoes. 4 of my balances are 26½" long and 2 are 14½" long. Shoes are the same on all 6. Thanks in advance.

There are no markings on the rollers They are 1/2 inch wide across the top 1-3/8 inches high The wheel is metal, 1-1/4 inches in diameter
