The metal coil broke on both sides of the lower of a double hung window. I can figure out the part I need on your site (series 180, 6lb coil)but I can't see how to remove the bottom part of the mechanism (the rest of the coil encased in plastic) from the side channel of the frame. I wanted to provide feedback - just ordered and installed two of your 80-102 6' sliding door track covers. These are GREAT. Just saved me untold $$$; avoiding having to replace two aluminum thresholds on separate doors.

my push pin is 1-5/16" total in length and the length of the pin is 3/4" to the notch and 1/2" from the notch to the end of the pin. everything else seems to be the same as your 70-195 pin. will yours work, and if not, do you know where i can find these?

I need a 2" crank handel that will fit a Anderson window, I sale Shutters and I need the handel to extend out the shutter frame. Do you have an extender to fit an Anderson window.You do you have any ideas what I can do. the handels are holding up a big job. Kevin M.
