No Question, Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for having the balance tubes and the charging tool! We have lived in our house for 8 years and the windows never stayed open unless propped open. I just replaced 12 balances and the windows work great!

does the 11/32 eyelet adaptor (39-247) fit the male spline on a pella casement window?

Do you have a keeper with the same dimentions as the 89-003 keeper that has a slot on top, for drop down lock lever?

I have 2 series 380 channel balance. The channel balance w/o top and shoe is 24-7/16". Is this a special order?

Have a Merzon double-paned Patio Door installed in 1984. Have no model # for it, but measures 7' -11" width x 6'-8" height inside of aluminum frame. Sliding part is exactly 4' wide. Lower track is being stripped of its metal, lot of shavings. Raised part of track that rollers slide over is 1/4". Not ... (cont.)

You will want to order a 2130 balance. You still have to pick out your fittings to put on the balance, however.

The stamp options represent different balance strengths. It is best to match up to the original stamp when possible. If you cannot locate a stamp on the balance you are trying to replace, remove the window sash and place it on a scale. 18" Series 751 Stamp option 17R will carry a window sash we ... (cont.)

The spirals do need to be charged when you install them. You will need to give the spiral balances about three turns before locking them in the pivot shoes.

You may want to take a look at the 81-138 Patio Glass Door Tandem Roller. It is similar the the 81-030, but it has 1 1/8" wheels.

The patio door is a Newport BAE Slider IPD 6 X 6.8 with heavey duty screen door. I would like to replace the rollers on the screen door and on your web site it shows #84-075 replacement rollers. Will these fit my screen door and how many do I need? Thanks Richard B
