Hello I am trying to replace a coil balance for a small simonton bathroom window. I've attached photos of the parts I removed from the window and the installed part on the window itself. Can you help me find the replacement pieces in need to replace it? Thank you.

I have searched everywhere for a replacement for this lock and keeper. The mounting holes are 2-1/4" apart on both pieces. And the holes on the sash are 7/16" from the edge. The keeper is 5/16" deep and 2-3/4" wide. I need to replace a few throughout the house so am hoping to find a match both in ... (cont.)

Hello,The window balancer in the picture is for what I believe is a single hung non-titling window. I have 2 windows that won't open or close and this is the hardware that facilitates that function. I have an older Pella sliding patio door. I am looking for the weatherstripping for the screen door. I spoke with Pella rep, he called the part a "Mohair Bug Seal" part# 13110A93 The channel on the door is 3/16" wide. My measurements are 1/8" for the backing and 5/8" for the height of the pile fr ... (cont.)

the lock locate at left side, found the handld was broken, may need whole assembley to replace, I order an operator Product Code: 39-264, the one it fit my window, hopefully help to identify the lock model,

Hi, These are off a 18 year old screen door and I can find similar but none that have the spring reaching out like this.

I have 2 windows that have this latch I need to replace. I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the correct part.

Need the replacement for this operator. I thought it was 39-096 but the two screws to the window bracket are 2 inches apart, instead of 1 5/8 in your catalog photo. Any help to get the correct replacement part would be a.godsend.
