I have a Milestone Single Hung Series 1000 windows and have several have become broken I need the channels which measure 29 inches and they are stamped 28C. Its approximately 3/8 w ,3/4 d, over all length 2 1/2 in. Including wheel. Wheel is 1in diameter.

Only numbers on roller- it is a double roller

The pivot bar has number 25326 on it. The pivot bar is from Ply Gem Premium Series vinyl dual glazed clear/low-e windows. The first hole is 1 1/8" from the top (tee) and the holes are 11/16" center to center apart. The coil balance is 1/2" wide.

Hello, Can you please tell me what mortise lock, I need including the model number? One hook will not work when you move latch, only moves by hand. I believe it's a Millard sliding door. Hello I am looking for replacement glass door slider rollers the tag on the door says Marlin 6500 and then below that it says sgd-c20. Can you identify the parts and do you sell them?

I wonder were the pictures I sent enough to decide which model I buy. My sash is 17Lb. heavy and 26” high. Latch broken

The window balancer of my windows cannot hold the window when I push the window up. I need to find the right one to replace it. I have 4 balancers should be replaced.

This bar allows the window to tilt inward for easy cleaning or to be removed entirely from the frame.

Window manufacturered by Ideal window NJ. window does not stay open and need this piece to replace. Need 4 pieces

Hello, the broken end had a plastic "T" that fit into a one inch channel with a half inch opening. thats about all the info i have. Thanks,Manny

I see a picture of the woman holding the part that looks like the one I need, but I can't find the part on your site. Could you tell me the part number so I can order some of these. See attached picture.

I have a hurricane-proof window and am missing one of the locking mechanisms. See pictures. The window brand is PGT. The locking mechanism is screwed into the bottom part of the window and latches into the upper part of the window.
