Need these parts to repair storm glass window frame

Trying to determine the appropiate product to replace 22" channel balances for Fisher window. Pics of top and bottom included. Current balance stamped with 2120.

No markings on window. Window in townhome, built 2000.

In need of a replacement window latch. Manufacturer is Empire Pacific. I have been unable to locate one. Looking for assistance in acquiring one please.

This shoe measures 1.250 wide by 1.500 high and 9/16 thick.

Appears to be 1/2" thick. metal to metal 27" long. Total letting 28"

Bottom of spring hangs on hook at top of this part. Hook has broken off.

The wheels are from a very old sliding glass door (the glass is dated 1966). The side of the door frame has to be removed to change the wheels because they slide into the frame!
