I want to confirm the type of lock I need for my window before ordering the part. Can you confirm the part? And if you have it in beige. If so I would like to order it.

Old double pane window. Looking for a set of replacement part for a double coil balance. There is a 5 stamped into one of the coils. Can you reccomend replacement part numbers that may work with this?

Need replacement parts for 2009 reliabilit widows. Bottom sash on 9 windows & top sash on one window. Windows doesn't stay up. I believe the band coils are bad. Just need to know what I need to fix the problem. Thanks

The handle doesn't grip anymore

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for this vinyl window cam lock. The screw spacing is exactly 3-1/4". It's a long-body style and is left-hand orientation. The internal cam/pawl is missing. I can’t find any markings on the window or part. It’s 2 7/8” by 3/4” is what I’m looking for. The screw holes are 1 7/8” apart from center of screw holes. Window is original to the house and built in 2006.

It is a right side (hinge) crank.

House was built in 1996-1997 and I'm fairly certain these are the original windows. I just need to know what this piece is and where to buy it.

The dimensions are: 2 3/8" x 3/4" x 7/16". White. Appears these latches are installed by sliding the back rounded end into place and then pounding the front end into the grooves.
