The only window in our new home that doesn't have a gap is the one with the guide so I think getting some for the other windows will solve my problem (I hope). The one picture shows the window type with info. Your help is appreciated.

This is from a building in Rochester, NY built in 2000 an we cannot find these balances. Attached is the sticker from one of the windows.

Hi.My home is 91 years old, and so are the window balances. Some need replacing. They are spiral and springy, and within a wooden channel in the windows I think I've identified the parts I need to secure the balcances to the bottoms of my windows, but I'm unsure of the appropriate balance to buy. ... I need replacement door roller for a St Clair patio door. St Clair is out of business. The rollers adjust on the outside of door. There's 2 areas that are covered up with caps.
