Do you know the name of the window? I need to get a handle for the window.

I need the shoes, and maybe some other hardware, for my Rusco windows. It has a patent number 5,704,165 on the front.

I have not been able to find any part number or manufacture marking on the current roller assembly. The pictures provided include the dimensions. The roller assembly has a nylon/plastic single wheel that is 1-1/8" diameter.

I have all the other parts that I am looking for minus this lock piece. Measurements: (Pivot) Ball to lock tip is 1". Ball to lift lever is about 15/16". Ball to lock catch is 3/4". Lock: ?? Balance: S900-24 Pivot Shoe: 15-015 Tilt Latch: 26-089BP

Part number on old balance is 29 6 AX CMC 1. The sash weight is 32.2 lbs. The metal is 30 inches. I think it is a 380 or 385 seriese. Top appears to be a 19-005. Bottom (not sure, either15-004 or 15-005).

Need help finding a replacement for this tandem coil shoe balance. It has a black brake on the back, the cast metal pivot pin cylinder is broken, I cannot find a replica anywhere, unless a retrofit is done.
