I'm in need of left, right, and centered window operators but am unsure what parts to order. Zooming in reveals some numbers but I don't know if they're helpful. The handles and mortiee are gone and need replacement. The handle screws are 3 15/16" apart, 1 1/4" The mortise screws are 3 3/4" apart The mortise is 3 1/8"

Banancer slips off the overlap with 18-171 stepped sash guide, shoots upward, and in the process distroys the plastic sash guide. I suspect something is keeping the balancer from working smoothly.
